Directions: Conduct saliva testing to monitor hormone levels and adjust usage accordingly. For cycling women: Begin use on day 1 of your cycle, take 5 drops, 1 to 3 times per day under the tongue, 5 days on 2 days off though day 24 of your cycle. For menopausal women: Take 5 drops under the tongue, 1 to 3 times per day, monday through friday, weekends off. Caffeine cannot be consumed anytime while on this remedy. Please wean off caffeine over a 3 week period prior to beginning this remedy.
